On Tuesday July 22nd, Ward 4 Candidates are engaging in a forum before the special election. The actual election doesn't occur until August 12th. This forum will happen from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the St. Paul Neighborhood Network, (the one-story building off of Wabash Avenue, behind the three-story building off of Vandalia).
