Park news
A new park is coming to Union Park! In 2018, we worked with the Trust for Public Land and other organizations to gather community input on the name and design for the new park, Midway Peace Park.
For more information on the park, visit the City's website. Construction is anticipated to begin in late Spring 2019.
Merriam Park has a new path connecting the recreation center and playground with Prior Avenue. This path will allow the park and recreation center to be more accessible for everyone!
