Resources For Support During Increased Federal Presence
Xcel Energy suspended disconnections for residential & commercial customers in St. Paul, effective Jan. 27 through the end of February, but bills will continue to accrue during the suspension. Customers should contact Xcel Energy at 800-895-4999 (bilingual agents & 3 way interpreter line for all major languages spoken in the Metro) or mn.my.xcelenergy.com/s/billing-payment/manage-bill to be connected with flexible payment arrangements & energy assistance. Xcel Energy offers one late payment charge forgiveness per year to any customer who requests. Immigration actions, safety concerns & loss of income are being treated as extenuating circumstances so Xcel Energy can offer more flexible pay arrangements, with down payments lower than the usual 10%. Removals are being suspended for percent-of-income affordability programs through end of February as well.

Union Park District Council is governed by a volunteer board. Serving on the board is a great way to give back to your community and help ensure that Union Park continues to be a wonderful, diverse and engaging place to live.
Union Park’s committees are made up of dedicated and engaged volunteers from our community. They typically meet once a month and work on a broad array of issues including transportation, land development, parks improvements, community building and more. Anyone can join a committee, and all of our committee meetings are open to the public.
