Union Park Housing Stability Fund

The Union Park District Council invites you to support our Housing Stability Fund and stand with your neighbors against displacement. Together, we can protect the heart of our neighborhood.

Right now, our top priority is preventing eviction. Too many families are just one unexpected bill, one missed paycheck, or one medical emergency away from losing their homes. A single missed payment can begin a spiral that leads to displacement, but a single act of support can stop it.

 

That’s where you come in.

A one-time lifeline can make a life-changing difference. When we step in at the right moment to cover overdue rent or urgent housing costs, we’re not just paying a bill; we’re keeping children in their schools, preserving community ties, and protecting the dignity and stability of our neighbors. Preventing displacement is far less costly, financially and emotionally, than rebuilding after it happens.
